Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Builders Node membership platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Membership & applications

Membership is subject to application and approval. We may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion, including where these Terms are breached. Community services (housing, meals, and similar) are subject to availability and any additional terms presented at the time.

4. Payments

Fees, plans, and billing terms are shown before you commit to them.
Payments are processed by third-party providers; by paying, you also agree to their terms.
Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service.
Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
Misrepresent your identity or submit false verification documents.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and branding, is owned by Builders Node or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as expressly permitted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builders Node will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Builders Node's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Replace this section with your chosen governing law and venue.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
