These Terms govern your access to and use of the Builders Node membership platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builders Node will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Builders Node's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Replace this section with your chosen governing law and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
